2. Be good listener. People love to talk about themselves. When you are a good listener, 

    you are showing the other person that you care about them and what they have to say. this makes them

    feel good about themselfves and more likely to like you. 

 

3. Arouse in the other person an eager want. This is the key to influencing people. When you can help someone see

    how what you are offering will benefit them, they will be more likely to say yes.

 

4. Smile. Smiling is a simple way to make a good impression. It show that you are friendly and approachable.

 

5. Remember names. People are more likely to like you if they feel like you know them. 

    Make an effort to remember people's names and use them when you see them again.

 

6. Be genuinely interested in other people. This may seem like a no brainer, but it's important to remember
